About The Position

McLean School, a K-12 co-educational independent school in Potomac, Maryland, seeks applicants for the Head Coach for Girls Varsity Soccer position to begin August 2026. The Head Coach for Girls Varsity Soccer is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and directing the Upper School Girls Soccer Program.

Responsibilities

• Offer positive leadership by coaching the Varsity Program
• Oversee the entire Girls Soccer Program including our Middle School and Junior Varsity Program
• Serve as an ambassador for the school and the program by connecting and following up with interested scholar-athletes and families
• Conduct out-of-season programs within league rules such as strength and conditioning, summer leagues, and pre- and post-season workouts
• Connect with Middle and Lower School students and families to promote participation and involvement in the program.
