Previous leadership in a professional high volume kitchen

Responsibilities

Set the standard of food quality and execution
Lead and develop a team of Culinary professionals
Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols
Financial responsibility of the Culinary department
Support in testing new dishes with our Executive Chef
