About The Position

The Head Boys Soccer Coach is responsible for all aspects of the head coach role, oversees assistant coaches, and makes decisions in accordance with the direction of the program. The coach organizes and supervises game help and assists with supervision at activities. Regular attendance is required, and travel is needed as required. The position is classified as non-exempt, with contract length and days varying for the 2026–2027 school year. Salary placement depends on the sport, club, organization, or program and the employee’s in-district experience, as outlined in Article XXIII of the Master Contract.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification.
• CHSAA test and regulation.
• Concussion education and completion of concussion training.
• Prior coaching experience in the sport.
• Knowledge of Colorado and district content standards.
• Knowledge and skills sufficient to perform all duties of the position.
