About The Position
Watertown-Mayer High School is seeking a Head Baseball Coach. This position requires previous coaching experience, an understanding of organizational structure and techniques related to baseball, and the ability to motivate student athletes in an education-based manner.
Requirements
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
- Understanding of organizational structure and techniques as they relate to baseball.
- Ability to motivate student athletes in an education based manner required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the baseball program.
- Develop and implement training and game strategies.
- Motivate student athletes.
- Ensure an education-based approach to coaching.
