This role will work on deliverables of marketing plans and tasks, development of stakeholder specific messaging across multiple channels in support of the atopic dermatitis indication in US Dermatology. The HCP Marketing Manager will utilize marketing skills to analyze and execute, including solidifying and growing franchise market position. They will make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data, and maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plans. The role involves partnering with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans, and serving as a liaison between the brand team and the pan-immunology team to drive forward initiatives related to market access and patient support. The position also requires partnering across the integrated brand team (IBT) to support the 2027 Tactical Plan development and present recommendations to senior leadership. Additionally, the role serves as the competitive intelligence lead to support the RINVOQ brand positioning in a growing marketplace and identify new messaging opportunities to optimize the brand story. The HCP Marketing Manager will drive for results through the oversight of sales force execution via clear and concise communication and delivering impactful training initiatives. Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills preferred.
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated use of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
