Purpose The HCM System Administrator (Contract-to-Hire) is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system to ensure efficient HR operations. This role supports EFCO’s global Dayforce HCM environment and all current and future modules. This position ensures consistent global configuration, compliance, and user support across all active regions and modules. The position will begin as a contract role with the possibility to transition to a permanent full-time position based on performance and business needs. This role requires a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, compliance, and analytics.
