HCM Onboarding Specialist
About The Position
Join Alliance HCM in The Woodlands, TX, as a full-time HCM Onboarding Specialist to help ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant importation of employee data into our system. This role requires high levels of accuracy and sharp attention to detail, as you'll help make sure all employee wage data, banking information, tax liabilities, and agency POAs are correctly imported, balanced, and reconciled before the first live payroll. You'll also conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all benefit accruals, deductions, garnishments, and HR functions are being correctly implemented. When appropriate, you'll help train our own team members on our platforms, such as AllPay, to ensure everyone's comfortable with our various solutions. You'll also play a part in our continued improvement by assisting the implementation specialist (and other stakeholders) in forecasting needs and adjusting projects accordingly.
Requirements
- Direct, hands-on experience with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or similar project management technology
- Experience with time-keeping solutions, preferably Swipeclock
- Ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong internal and external relationships
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in SQL Server
Responsibilities
