About The Position

The HCM Implementation Specialist will be responsible for implementing HCM products and services. This role involves verifying data for accuracy, meeting project timelines, and staying current with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and tax laws. The specialist will use conversion programs to load employee data into the platform and provide customer support via phone or email. Additionally, they will attend training and seminars to stay up-to-date and identify opportunities for internal process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, ATS, or Timekeeping implementations
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical aptitude, including advanced Excel and CRM tools
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Organized with strong follow-through and accountability
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Ability to train users at all levels
