About The Position

HireLevel is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to generate new client partnerships and fuel growth for our human capital management team. This is a revenue-focused sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. Based onsite in Edwardsville, IL, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings and the company's success. Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
2+ years of sales experience preferred
CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) preferred
Strong communication, executive-level presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills
Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
Ability to travel domestically as needed

Responsibilities

Drive new client growth by building a strong pipeline and guiding prospects from first conversation through signed agreement and early implementation.
Connect organizations with the right HCM solutions while meeting assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Source and cultivate opportunities via networking, channel partners, and self-generated outreach.
Run disciplined prospecting to reach key decision-makers and manage the full sales cycle.
Analyze needs, shape solution scope, negotiate pricing, and finalize service agreements.
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, forecasts, and required sales/expense reporting.
Partner cross-functionally to support onboarding/implementation meetings and client questions.
Stay current on industry trends, broker practices, and competitive activity.
