This role manages an assigned caseload, oversees day-to-day workforce operations for DCW staff, and coordinates member services, including scheduling, onboarding, compliance, and documentation. The HCBS Coordinator serves as a liaison between families, staff and external partners to ensure continuity of care, service quality, and operational efficiency.
