About The Position
Agape IHC is hiring HCA/CNAs in Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The organization is owned and operated by caregivers and offers career-ladder development and opportunities for internal advancement. The role provides non-medical in-home care, transportation assistance, and companionship to clients. Flexible schedules are offered. Caregivers may assist with activities of daily living and mobility, support clients with communication and memory needs, help with exercise, drive clients to appointments, run errands, and provide social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, and cooking.
- Help clients with transfers, bed mobility, and walking.
- Provide behavior redirection and support communication, toileting, decision-making, and memory-care needs.
- Assist clients with exercise.
- Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, and appointments.
- Offer companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, or other activities.
