About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is hiring a Haul Unit Operator for its Aggregates line of business. The role supports production by safely operating haul trucks and mobile equipment and transporting raw materials across the site. Operators inspect equipment, report maintenance needs, follow site safety requirements, and work with team members to maintain efficient operations. The work environment may involve moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.

Employment is contingent on a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug and alcohol screening, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate haul trucks and mobile equipment to support production needs.
• Transport raw materials across the site accurately and carefully.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and continuous operations.
