This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of hatchery equipment. The shift requires working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment for proper cleaning, reporting any equipment damage to supervision, and assisting in other departmental areas as needed. The job requires the ability to lift approximately 50 pounds, bend, squat, and climb repeatedly, extensive hand use, prolonged standing, and adaptability to various work environments including waste, debris, and varying temperatures. Essential skills include oral communication, critical thinking, adherence to company standards, knowledge of equipment and cleaning procedures (SSOP), chemical knowledge, and understanding of GMPs, dress code, and safety rules.
