About The Position

We are looking for Hatchery Machine Attendant Team Members at our Pilgrim’s Arcadia, WI Complex. In this role you will be responsible for machine/equipment checks, calibration, QA Checks, respond and troubleshoot any alarms, notify maintenance/leadership for repairs and assist when necessary, perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Able to work 8-hour shift at night (M-F 8pm-430a)
• Good Hand-Eye Coordination
• Able to read numbers, do basic math
• Able to work in hot temperatures
• Able to work in areas where floor may be wet.

Responsibilities

• Machine checks twice per shift
• Calibrate machines/hallways (temperature, humidity, etc.)
• Clean and replace humidity and Peroxide nozzles
• PM setter racks, farm racks, and dollies
• Respond to and troubleshoot any machine alarms
• Call maintenance/leadership in for repairs, and assist when necessary
• QA checks
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by hatchery leadership.
