Requirements

• Mechanically inclined or comfortable working with equipment
• Reliable and ready to learn—we train you
• Detail-focused with a commitment to quality
• Able to follow instructions and track production info
• Comfortable working on your feet in a manufacturing setting
• No diploma required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required.
• Just a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate wire spooling machines to keep production running
• Ensure consistent, high-quality products every shift
• Load, thread, and manage wire spools (with equipment and safety procedures)
• Package finished product and move materials using a fork truck
• Track production and inventory using a computer system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with your team to meet daily goals
