About The Position

This role involves working in a hatchery environment with frequent exposure to heat and wet and dusty conditions. The position requires the ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling. Adherence to departmental and company safety policies and programs, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to stand up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to perform frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Ability to self-motivate.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and extended shift hours if necessary.
