Harvest Supervisor
About The Position
The Harvest Supervisor manages hourly employees in a fast-paced production environment at JBS’s Tolleson operation in Tolleson, Arizona. The role is responsible for employee motivation and safety, staffing the area to meet operational needs, coaching and developing employees, and achieving production and business objectives. The supervisor also prepares pre-operational paperwork, manages job changes and rotations, and maintains good working relationships with the Union, USDA, and maintenance employees. The position requires the ability to work 50 or more hours and various production shifts.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Strong experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment, though this is not required.
- Ability to work 50 or more hours.
- People management skills.
- Willingness to work various production shifts.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise hourly employees.
