Harvest Operator Seasonal
About The Position
Operate Pea Harvest equipment and/or tractor. The position is seasonal. Late May to mid-July. Operates harvesters, tractors and tractor-drawn machinery for all phases of harvesting operations. Fills out work sheets as needed. Cleans and maintains equipment per Lamb Weston Food Safety Policy. Performs routine duties with minimal supervision. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to Supervisor and/or Human Resources. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid state issued Driver License
- Basic verbal communication skills
- No experience required.
- Valid Driver’s License and driving record that meets Lamb Weston Driving Standards
- Climbing to various heights via stairs or ladders on a regular basis
