About The Position

We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Harvest Interns for the upcoming vintage. This hands-on, seasonal position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of winery operations during the busy harvest period. Interns will work closely with our winemaking team, assisting in grape receiving, fermentation monitoring, sanitation, cellar work, and other key production activities. Ideal candidates are passionate about wine, eager to learn, and ready to work long hours in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Fruit sorting and sorting operations
• Punch downs, pump overs, and wine additions
• Brix and temperature measurements and other lab work
• Tank and equipment cleaning and sanitization
• Press operations
• Wine transfers, barrel cleaning and filling
