About The Position

This role involves assisting customers with their Harley-Davidson parts and accessory purchases, providing excellent customer service, and supporting service technicians. The position requires maintaining organized parts displays and accurate inventory records, as well as participating in promotional events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
