We are currently hiring three in-house installation crews and are seeking experienced Lead Installers specializing in carpet, hardwood, tile, and epoxy flooring.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional flooring installation experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable with physical work including: crouching squatting standing walking lifting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Professional and courteous when working in customers’ homes
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites during the week

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading installation crews preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install flooring according to company standards and procedures
• Review project scope and job details before arriving on-site
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every installation
• Maintain clean, organized tools and a safe work environment
• Properly operate and maintain company tools and machinery
• Perform measurements and basic calculations accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers in their homes
• Ensure every project meets company quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Leave the workspace clean and organized at the end of each job
