About The Position

This role involves advising customers on the tools, hardware, and materials needed for their projects, and guiding them on the procedures to complete their tasks. The position requires informing customers about the quality of tools, hardware, and equipment, and demonstrating their use. Responsibilities also include preparing sales orders, handling basic counter transactions, processing payments (including credit authorization), displaying merchandise, tracking inventory, requisitioning merchandise, managing special orders, and stocking shelves.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in computer programs and RF guns for ordering and inventory management preferred.
