About The Position

This role is responsible for picking, verifying, packaging, and shipping hardware items. The position involves maintaining warehouse organization, performing inventory counts, and meeting daily productivity and accuracy expectations. The Hardware team member will also support other warehouse and production needs as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to pick hardware items using pick lists, work orders, and customer orders
• Ability to verify part numbers, descriptions, and quantities for accuracy
• Ability to package and label hardware securely for shipment
• Ability to take photos of completed orders and upload for quality assurance
• Ability to stock hardware from production and receiving areas
• Ability to maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse and packing areas
• Ability to perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Hardware Lead
• Ability to meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
• Ability to support other warehouse and production needs as assigned
