About The Position
TurnKey Corrections is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Hardware Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, peripheral devices, and related systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Knowledge of computer systems, components, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and maintain hardware equipment.
- Replace defective components such as hard drives, memory, power supplies, and motherboards.
- Perform hardware upgrades and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues.
- Ensure equipment complies with company standards and security policies.
- Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to resolve technical issues.
