About The Position

The Hardware Support Intern is responsible for assisting our Hardware Support Team with customer support calls and hardware setup/implementation of RF-SMART on RF data collection and Android devices. The RF-SMART Internship Program exists to partner with students to equip them with the skills they need to become successful professionals while they complete meaningful work at RF-SMART, while supporting our mission of transforming our customers and change lives.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship.
• Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours.
• Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL.
• Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship.
• Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Hardware Support Team with customer support calls.
• Hardware setup/implementation of RF-SMART on RF data collection and Android devices.
