About The Position
The Hardware Support Intern will assist the Hardware Support Team with customer support calls and the setup/implementation of RF-SMART on RF data collection and Android devices. The RF-SMART Internship Program aims to partner with students, equipping them with the skills needed for professional success while they complete meaningful work at RF-SMART and support the company's mission of transforming customers and changing lives.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship.
- Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours.
- Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL.
- Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship.
- Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Hardware Support Team with customer support calls.
- Hardware setup/implementation of RF-SMART on RF data collection and Android devices.
