About The Position
Dreamfinders is seeking a Hardscape Laborer for Jhonny Sheere in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is a permanent, full-time role with full relocation assistance, including housing, travel, and transportation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hardscaping, landscaping, or construction preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, digging, standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Install pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor hardscape structures
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Report any site hazards or incidents to the supervisor
