About The Position

LMG is building a different kind of construction company with a clear, objective pathway for leadership that evaluates and rewards based on leadership, jobsite planning, quality control, safety, and crew results. The Foreman role is a distinct leadership path with clear expectations. You are responsible for setting daily production goals, organizing tools/materials, running the schedule, assigning tasks, giving clear instructions, keeping people working efficiently, developing less-experienced laborers, catching errors early, avoiding preventable rework, protecting customer property, keeping Project Managers informed, completing daily logs/photos, and handling field interactions with customers professionally. If you prove your ability to run successful jobs, your career path continues toward Project Manager and Company Leadership. LMG builds complete outdoor-living spaces throughout Central Ohio, including fiberglass and Biodesign pools, paver patios and walkways, retaining walls and outdoor kitchens, poured and stamped concrete, wood and composite decks, fencing, pergolas, pavilions, and outdoor structures, drainage, grading, and excavation, and landscape installation, lighting, irrigation, and specialty systems. A Foreman does not need to know how to build everything on day one, but you must understand how to read plans, plan daily work, use equipment, and guide your crew to execute quality work safely.
