About The Position
Premier Services Group is seeking experienced hard surface flooring installers to install LVP, laminate, and wood flooring in a variety of settings. The company offers continuous projects throughout the year, including traditionally slower periods, and delivers flooring materials directly to installation locations. Installers must provide their own transportation and tools and meet the company’s insurance, licensing, and background-check requirements. Premier Services Group was established in 2004 and has grown to more than 170 employees across nine states. The company reports completing more than 40,000 installations annually and emphasizes quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of flooring installation experience.
- A reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
- Personal flooring installation tools.
- Dependability and the ability to adapt to varying project needs.
- Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.
- Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the company as additionally insured.
- Provide proof of Workers' Compensation if the installer has employees.
- Valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations.
