About The Position

Premier Services Group is seeking experienced hard surface flooring installers to install LVP, laminate, and wood flooring in various settings. The company offers ongoing projects throughout the year, including traditionally slower periods, and delivers flooring materials directly to installation locations. Installers collaborate with clients and team members, provide high-quality service, and maintain clean and safe work environments. Installers must provide their own reliable transportation capable of carrying their tools and equipment, as well as personal installation tools. The role also requires passing a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site. Installers must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the company as additionally insured and, if they have employees, proof of Workers' Compensation. Valid contracting and business licenses are required as applicable under state regulations. Compensation is listed as $100,000 to $200,000 per year.

Requirements

At least 2 years of flooring installation experience.
Reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
Personal installation tools.
Dependability and ability to adapt to varying project needs.
Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.
Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the company as additionally insured.
If the installer has employees, provide proof of Workers' Compensation.
Valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations.
