About The Position

Premier Services Group is seeking experienced hard surface flooring installers to install LVP, laminate, and wood flooring in various settings. The company offers continuous projects throughout the year, including traditionally slower periods, and delivers flooring materials directly to each installation location. Installers work with clients and team members to provide quality service and maintain clean, safe work areas. Applicants must have reliable transportation capable of carrying the necessary tools and equipment, their own installation tools, and the ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site. They must also provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the company as additionally insured, provide proof of Workers' Compensation if they have employees, and hold valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations. Compensation is listed at $100,000–$200,000 per year.

Requirements

At least 2 years of flooring installation experience.
Reliable vehicle capable of transporting necessary tools and equipment.
Personal installation tools.
Dependability and ability to adapt to varying project needs.
Willingness and ability to pass a company-issued background check for all team members working on-site.
Provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the company as additionally insured.
Provide proof of Workers' Compensation if employing workers.
Valid contracting and business licenses as required by state regulations.
