About The Position
Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout office and commercial facilities. Complete minor carpentry projects, including furniture assembly, cabinet repairs, and fixture installation. Perform painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs to walls, ceilings, sidewalks, and other facility surfaces. Conduct basic repairs and troubleshooting of building equipment and appliances. Assist with furniture moves, office reconfigurations, and event setups. Support electrical, plumbing, and HVAC technicians with maintenance projects and repairs. Perform routine grounds maintenance and landscaping activities as needed. Identify maintenance concerns and report major repair needs to management. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Respond to urgent maintenance requests and facility emergencies. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned.
