About The Position
K.Payne Contracting, LLC is seeking a vendor to partner with for ongoing monthly handyperson and fire safety inspection services. The services need to be scheduled by the end of the prior month and completed by the 10th of each month. If there are no handyman work orders, the assignment will take 5 to 15 minutes per visit. If there is a maintenance work order, the assignment may take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Location details and time frame will be discussed upon hire.
