We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing repair, maintenance, and small project work to keep operations running smoothly. You can not be a sole proprietor
Proven experience in handyman or general maintenance services (required)
Broad skill set across multiple trades
Ability to diagnose issues and execute repairs independently
Professional tools and equipment
General liability insurance (required)
Workers’ compensation coverage (as applicable)
Reliable transportation
Strong communication and professionalism

Responsibilities

Minor repairs (doors, hardware, fixtures, trim, drywall, etc.)
Basic carpentry and installation work
Ceiling tile replacement
Light plumbing repairs (faucets, leaks, fixtures)
Light electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets – as permitted)
Furniture assembly and installation
Preventative maintenance and general upkeep
Service calls, punch-list items, and small projects
Multi-site commercial environments
Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team
Occasional urgent or time-sensitive requests
Deliver efficient, high-quality repairs with minimal disruption to operations
