Requirements
- Valid Business License, LLC, or Inc.
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance and Umbrella insurance
- General Liability Insurance and Non Owned Auto
- Federal EIN #
- Other verifiable business
- 18 years of age minimum
- Favorable background investigation results
- Cannot be a sole proprietor
