Handyman - Industrial Mechanic
About The Position
We are currently looking for a Handyman specializing in industrial maintenance at our Oakbank facility. This role involves identifying production equipment maintenance needs, performing preventive maintenance, repairing general mechanical breakdowns, improving production equipment efficiency, and installing new machinery when necessary. Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in industrial equipment repair
- Hands-on knowledge of production line equipment, including but not limited to hydraulic systems
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Results-oriented, self-starter who enjoys planning and executing maintenance schedules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Post-secondary training in a related field is an asset
