About The Position

Join Handyman Connection of Parker as a skilled Handyman/Craftsman serving homeowners and businesses in Douglas County and surrounding areas. This role is for a 1099 Independent Contractor who is versatile, skilled, and in-demand. You will perform general handyman and repair services, bid jobs accurately, and complete them to customer satisfaction. Effective communication with clients, suppliers, and the office team is essential, as is delivering high-quality work while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. You will represent the brand with professionalism and pride.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in home repairs or remodeling (prefer 10+)
Your own tools and reliable work vehicle
Valid driver’s license and current insurance
Solid references from previous jobs
Smartphone with internet access
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of local building codes and jobsite safety
Must carry general liability insurance (workers comp where required)
Pass a background check
Must have at least 3 of the following skills: Carpentry (Rough & Finish), Drywall Repairs & Patching, Interior/Exterior Painting, Minor Plumbing or Electrical Work, Flooring Installation/Repairs, Bathroom or Kitchen Remodels, General Home Repairs & Maintenance, Caulking, Grouting, and Touch-Ups
