About The Position

We are a premier window and door replacement company experiencing rapid growth. We handle the sales, ordering, staging, and customer service—you just show up, execute high-quality installs, and get paid weekly. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role offering steady, year-round work with weekly direct deposit. We are looking for experienced finish carpenters or exterior remodeling crews to partner with us.

Requirements

• Direct experience with retrofit window replacement.
• Experience with full-frame installs.
• Experience with sliding patio doors.
• Experience with custom exterior aluminum trim/capping.
• Reliable truck/van, trailer, brake, metal bender, and complete set of power/hand tools.
• Valid Business Credentials: Active LLC or Business Entity.
• General Liability Insurance ($1M+).
• Workers’ Comp coverage (or state-approved exemption).
• Strong attention to detail.
