About The Position

Every day will be different, and we strive to help people and are proud of what we do. At first, you will ride with one of our current handymen and the ability to get your own vehicle and jobs will be within the first 3 months.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of paid experience in general construction
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (or Canada if applicable)
• Possesses a valid driver’s license
• Able to consistently work required hours
• Physically and mentally capable of handyman duties
• Financial needs can be met by TruBlue
• Broad set of carpentry/maintenance/repair skills
• Ability to read and write legibly
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to communicate with others
• Core competencies in carpentry/maintenance/repair
• Possess some of your own tools and know how to use them

Responsibilities

• Perform services required by our customers
• Follow TruBlue's system policies and procedures
• Interact with customers
• Potentially do minor selling in the home
• Work with minimal supervision
• Adapt to customer needs as they arise
