About The Position
Handy Man – TPI Hospitality Location: Residence Inn by Marriott, Roseville, MN Position: Handy Man Shift: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. (Monday thru Sunday) Pay: $20–$24/hour, based on experience We all matter. Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs
- Conduct regular inspections on guest rooms, public areas, and equipment
- Fix plumbing leaks, electrical issues, lighting, kitchen appliances and assist with painting, drywall repair, flooring, etc.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and associates
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
