Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, home repair, or related trade
  • Solid working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
  • The ability to read and follow repair manuals, work orders, and basic diagrams
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and strong time management
  • Confidence working independently, with minimal oversight
  • A genuine passion for great customer service
  • Comfort with basic computer/(iPad) tools — email, calendars, Microsoft Word
  • A valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Trade certifications or vocational training
  • Experience in residential, property management, or facilities maintenance
  • EPA -(RRP Lead), OSHA, or other safety certifications

Responsibilities

  • Tackling a variety of hands-on repair and maintenance projects — carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and more
  • Using your problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find smart, lasting solutions
  • Installing, assembling, and repairing fixtures, appliances, and equipment
  • Inspecting properties to catch repair needs and safety concerns before they become bigger problems
  • Performing preventative maintenance that keeps homes running smoothly
  • Keeping your company provided tools, equipment, and vehicle in top shape
  • Building strong customer relationships through clear, friendly communication
  • Working safely and by the book, following codes and company best practices
  • Documenting your work with accurate, organized records
  • Leaving every job site clean, safe, and looking sharp
