Requirements

Ability to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Experience in hand spraying materials.
Quality driven.
Knowledgeable of hand spraying equipment and necessary techniques.
Ability to measure quantities of ingredients to match a standard board.
Ability to lift approximately 20 to 30 lbs. of product occasionally.
Ability to follow safety procedures in handling stain.
Ability to wear required PPE.
Ability to pass a respirator fit test/physical for a half mask respirator.
Ability to lift, stand, and be mobile during the entire shift.
Cannot be color blind.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull up to 30lbs.
Ability to work effectively with employees.
Possess accurate visual focus, field of vision, and color vision.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

Participate in modification of SOP to improve productivity and quality of product.
Assist in other work areas as needed.

Responsibilities

Understand and potentially modify Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to improve productivity and quality.
Perform hand spraying of materials using a steady and even motion.
Operate and adjust hand spraying equipment.
Measure quantities of ingredients to match a standard board.
Lift approximately 20 to 30 lbs. of product occasionally.
Follow safety procedures in handling stain.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirator, safety glasses, gloves, arm sleeves, face shield when required, and hearing protection if required.
Assist in other work areas as needed.
Perform all other duties as required.
