Requirements

Pass a respirator fit test/physical for a half mask respirator
Lift, stand and be mobile during entire shift
Cannot be color blind
Reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull up to 30lbs.
Work effectively with employees.
Possess accurate visual focus, field of vision, color vision.
Read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

Must be able to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and when appropriate, participate in modification of SOP to improve productivity and quality of product
Experienced in hand spraying materials using a steady and even motion
Quality driven
Knowledgeable of hand spraying equipment and the necessary techniques required to operate and adjust equipment
Ability to measure quantities of ingredients to match a standard board
Occasionally will be required to lift approximately 20 to 30 lbs. of product
Follow safety procedures in handling stain
Wear required PPE: Respirator, safety glasses, gloves, arm sleeves, face shield when required, hearing protection if required in work area and others as required
Assist in other work areas as needed
All other duties, as required
