Requirements

Strong manual dexterity is critical, as you'll need to perform intricate soldering tasks with precision.
An eye for detail is necessary to ensure that every component is correctly placed and soldered, maintaining the high-quality standards our products are known for.
Good problem-solving abilities will help you identify and troubleshoot issues in the assembly process, allowing for a smoother workflow.
2+ years' experience hand soldering and assembling printed circuit boards.

Nice To Haves

IPC Certification or past certification is a plus.
Any relevant educational experience or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Precision soldering of electronic components on circuit boards while following detailed assembly instructions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the highest quality standards.
Perform quality checks to guarantee the integrity of finished products.
Assemble components on printed circuit boards as per engineering instructions.
Use hand soldering tools to solder components on PCBs.
