Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Good problem-solving skills.
2+ years in manufacturing and/or production of printed circuit boards with verifiable history.
Experience utilizing automated solder machines.

Nice To Haves

Related Education is a plus.
IPC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Setting up and operating automated soldering machines with precision.
Following detailed work instructions and technical specifications to ensure high-quality solder joints.
Monitoring the machine's performance.
Routinely checking soldering quality and making adjustments as needed to maintain production standards.
Program automated solder machine for specific assemblies.
Operate automated solder machine.
Make adjustments to programming and/or escalate solder/machine issues to team as needed.
