Requirements

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity

Nice To Haves

Experience with foam cutting or similar manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of different foam materials and their properties

Responsibilities

Operating foam cutting machinery to cut materials according to production specifications
Inspecting and measuring foam pieces to ensure precision and quality standards are met
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production instructions
Keeping equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Performing basic machine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
Communicating with the production team to ensure materials are delivered on time and accurately
Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating concerns to your supervisor
Assisting with physical inventory inspections and measurements as needed
Supporting the team with additional tasks as required
