About The Position

Step into a leadership role where you can grow, inspire and Make Your Mark with Hallmark. This is a part-time leadership role where you will supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple stores. You will provide clear direction and support to your team both in person and remotely. You will ensure departments are well-stocked and organized, oversee seasonal transitions, and ensure timelines and budgets are met. You will address store concerns and execution challenges, build strong relationships with store management, and guide floor sets. You will also ensure Hallmark’s high merchandising standards are maintained. This is an active role that keeps you moving, balancing leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work and managing time effectively across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Comfortable using smart phone technology
  • Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
  • Strong communicator and motivator
  • Organized, dependable, and adaptable
  • A problem-solver who leads by example
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting a team

  • Holiday availability will include the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities
