About The Position

Step into a leadership role where you can grow, inspire and Make Your Mark with Hallmark. This is a part-time position where you will lead and inspire your team, keep stores looking their best, solve problems, build relationships, guide floor sets, and stay hands-on. You will supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple stores, providing clear direction and support both in person and remotely. You will also ensure departments are well-stocked and organized, oversee seasonal transitions, and address store concerns and execution challenges. Building strong relationships with store management is key to delivering top-notch results. You will lead or assist with new or updated store installations and department resets, ensuring Hallmark’s high merchandising standards are maintained. This role requires balancing leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work and managing time effectively across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Comfortable using smart phone technology
  • Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory
  • Strong communicator and motivator
  • Organized, dependable, and adaptable
  • A problem-solver who leads by example
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting a team
