About The Position

Shaver Hall is New York’s newest cultural hub, located in the historic Lord & Taylor building in Midtown. It's a vibrant food hall experience that unites culinary innovation, great performances, and premium hospitality. Inspired by Dorothy Shaver’s legacy, Shaver Hall brings together pioneering food concepts, two full-service restaurants, a grand central bar, and a live stage showcasing exciting entertainment talent.

Requirements

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
• A natural communicator—bilingual skills are a plus.
• Energetic, fun, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and personality.
• Share knowledge of our dining concepts, bars, and entertainment schedules to help guests explore Shaver Hall.
• Provide clear directions and prompt answers to questions, always with a guest-first mindset.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side duties to keep the hall operating smoothly.
• Support cleanliness by ensuring walkways and common areas are inviting and safe.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless guest experience across shifts.
• Communicate guest feedback and questions to management to continuously elevate our service.
• Represent the Shaver Hall brand with pride, positivity, and genuine hospitality.
