About The Position

This position provides interpreting and translation services and administrative support while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies and procedures. It is intended for team members currently working at this facility or complex. Team members seeking a transfer from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. The role is in a food production environment and requires following applicable HACCP, GMP, food safety, and company procedures. The position may involve exposure to hot and cold temperatures, moisture, wet conditions, noise, food production odors, moving equipment, and a fast-paced work setting. Employees must use required personal protective equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees must have and maintain three attendance points or fewer under the UKG attendance policy. Applicants must have an excellent safety record with no active safety violations; candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible. Any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered. Hourly applicants must complete a task after submitting an application to provide additional information for consideration.

Requirements

Excellent safety record and no active safety violations. Core Safety Mandate violations remain active for 24 months; other safety violations remain active according to company policy.
Must have and maintain three attendance points or fewer under the UKG attendance policy.
Must complete the 90-day probationary period to be eligible.
Any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet business objectives.
Demonstrated dependability in meeting work schedules and job responsibilities.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to safely work around moving equipment and machinery while following established safety procedures.
Ability to work in a food production environment and use required PPE, with or without reasonable accommodation.
